I worked out with Andrew for almost a year until I moved out of San Francisco. I first joined his group class and found them fun and productive. After that I wanted a more tailored workout for my core strength and flexibility, so I bought his 1to1 sessions at a private gym. I noticed an impressive improvement in my body after the first month, and from there it only got better. Andrew is a very professional trainer, very knowledgeable and dedicated. He was always there for me when I needed to workout, with a big smile and amazing attitude. He also made me push a bit more in every session and at the end of road my physical performance was so much better than the day I started! I workout regularly at the gym but the core area is always a challenge unless you know very well what you're doing or have somebody to motivate you. For that reason I prefer trained sessions. If I ever come back to San Fran, Andrew is my #1 contact for sure.

Making a very enthusiastic plug (and show of gratitude) to Andrew Speros. I spent the last 12 weeks enjoying a fun and challenging workout with him, adding a two inches to my chest, and about an inch to each thigh.
